How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are custom made by hand, current turnaround time is 4 to 8 weeks, dependent on availability of gems and complexity.

How much will my collar cost?
Prices vary dependent on the choices made and size of your collar, after you submit your order request we will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss the options and the total cost of your collar.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! If you're interested in purchasing a gift card, please contact us and we will be in touch to process that.

What is your refund/return policy?
All orders are custom made to order, as 'Custom Order' is defined as any product that is made-to-order, or any product that was not in-stock and readily available to ship at the time of purchase.
Custom orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded, please ensure your measurements are correct and style options are exactly what you want.
We stand behind the quality of work we are providing, if you have any issues please contact us and we will try to work with you as best as possible.
Crystals are not indestructible - cracked or broken crystals can be repaired at a cost. Please contact us to arrange repairs/replacements.
